Oreos are a household necessity for my family. My dad always used to keep a package on hand because he liked to wake up in the middle of the night for a snack—sometimes in a completely dark kitchen. Nothing kept him from having his most treasured midnight treat. While there are a lot of competent off-brand competitors nowadays, I find myself floating back to Oreos every time.
